Financial Literacy Program

Opportunity Passport™ prepares youth ages 14-26 currently in or leaving foster care for independent adulthood through financial education paired with a matched-savings program. Youth with the fewest supports and highest level of need, including pregnant and parenting teens, have the highest rate of savings and matches.
