Care Coordination

Each youth is supported by a MAAC staffer dedicated to their unique needs, who follows their case no matter where their placement moves to take them. 

The MAAC initiatives are structured to provide solutions to key areas of need identified by youth advocates and stake holders.

Educational wraparound services for Grade 9-12 in Fulton and DeKalb Counties.
