Concrete Response Team

Part of our mission at MAAC is to coordinate resources and information for the families, children, and young adults we work with. Even though we aren't always able to meet every need for the youth who have transitioned out of care within our programs, we do have a Concrete Support Team that may be able to help coordinate resources for anybody who has transitioned from lived experience in foster care. 

You do not have to currently or previously been enrolled in a MAAC program to receive our help.

If submitted Monday-Friday, please allow the team 1 business day for us to review your request and make contact.  If it is submitted Saturday and Sunday, please allow us 2 business days to review and make contact.
