Molly Casey

Teen Parent Connection Administrator, MS

Molly Casey is the Administrator for Teen Parent Connection (TPC), the system of care that serves teen parents ages 13 – 19 in state custody and their minor children throughout the state of Georgia. In the four years since its inception, TPC has grown to serve over 250 young parents and their children with a wide variety of services delivered by ten life coaches that support parenting and life skills development. Molly’s social services career includes work as a social services CPS caseworker for Fulton County DFCS and 15 years with the American Red Cross directing local, state and national programs and also serving as senior project manager for three committees that developed national curriculum. Molly has worked as an adjunct professor and has developed curriculum for teen parents, foster care providers, early childhood educators and health & safety leaders. Her career has included work as a senior program director charged with developing and implementing programs for teen parents and establishing a youth leadership program focused on healthy relationships including pregnancy prevention, leadership, advocacy, and volunteerism for children and youth. As an Executive Director for a statewide agency in the field of early childhood education, Molly worked with early childhood educators and parents to enhance the learning and nurturing opportunities for young children and their families. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University.


Molly loves being a part of the MAAC team and feels it supports her ethics and values while enabling her to bring quality programs & services to teen-led families in care.
