| Teen Parent Connection (TPC) is a statewide system of care designed to incorporate a broad array of services and supports for teen parents, (both mothers and fathers) aged 14 – 19 in foster care. Life Coaches with specialized training to work with teen parents ensure the provision of customized services that help teen parents succeed as parents and adults. |
| Our organized network of partners includes: Multi-Agency Alliance for Children (MAAC), Georgia Department of Family and Children Services-Independent Living Program (DFCS-ILP);Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (G-CAPP); Ringer Center of Excellence-Youth on the MOVE; Rebekah Hudgins, Evaluator; Georgia EmpowerMEnt; Georgia Office of Family Representation (GOFR); House of Dawn; Creative Community Services; Twin Cedars Youth Services; CHRIS Kids; EMBRACE; Families First and more. The Governor's Office for Children and Families provides funding and technical expertise. |
