| The CBAY referrals are initiated by a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) or a core mental health provider. The referrals are then approved by the State CBAY office and sent to one of the four care management entities (CME). MAAC is one of the CME's. If we are chosen by a parent or guardian, we serve. |

| Kids can be directly referred to the wrap program by a counselor, parent, probation officer, DFCS case manager, or a short term psychiatric hospital. One youth even referred himself! |
