| The nonwaiver program affords kids with a mental health diagnosis and their families the same High Fidelity Process as the CBAY youth receive. Monthly child and family team meetings are held to organize, support, and guide teams of people to helping youth and family reach their vision. Families, the people important to them, mental health professionals, and community support people work with a care coordinator to develop a sensible, achievable plan that helps kids achieve their highest level of functioning. |
