The Post-Approval Process
  1. All MAAC agencies require certain paperwork upon admission.

  2. Schedule admission with admitting agency and sign all MAAC intake paperwork.
  3. For DFCS Case Managers, please see the instructions on how to enter MAAC funded youth into the SHINES computer system. Print out a copy of these instructions, sign it and fax to us. If you have any questions, please contact Cathy Phillips at Region 8 Accounting at (229) 931-6893.
