Heather Rowles, MPA is the Executive Director of the Multi-Agency Alliance for Children (MAAC) headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been in this role since 2004 when she was brought on as the only full-time employee. Since then, the service population has tripled and Heather now manages a 35-member clinical and administrative support staff. She served on the MAAC Clinical Team from 1998-2004 prior to being selected as the Executive Director and has over 15 years of experience in Child Welfare. Heather has a Masters in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University. She has served on numerous Boards and committees including Foster Family Foundation, Teen Parent Connection, Georgia Chapter Chair for Foster Family-based Treatment Association, Embrace Operating Committee, Co-Chair of Georgia KaleidaCare User Group, and the Child Placement Conference Committee and is a seasoned presenter/trainer at Child Welfare related conferences around the country. |
